Manish Gupta, who was working as a Managing Associate at Luthra & Luthra, has recently joined Link Legal-India Law Services as a Partner in the firm’s corporate team. This takes the total number of partners at the firm to 15.

Manish is Link Legal’s second hire from Luthra. Earlier in May, the firm had also hired Luthra’s Managing Associate Siddharth Srivastava as a Partner in the Banking & Finance team, after it saw the exit of Banking & Finance Partner Ajay Sawhney and Capital Markets Partner Gautham Srinivas, who have moved to K Law.

A graduate of NLIU, Bhopal, Manish had previously worked with Titus & Co, before moving to Luthra in 2008 to work with the firm’s corporate and commercial team.

Manish has over 10 years of experience and focuses on Private Equity and Venture Capital investments, Mergers & Acquisitions including Infrastructure M&A, Divestments and Business Transfers, Corporate Structuring and General Corporate Advisory.
