Krishna Venkat, who resigned from Trilegal earlier this month, will be joining Krishnamurthy & Co as a Partner.

Venkat was working as Counsel in Trilegal’s Mumbai office. He joined Trilegal in September 2014, prior to which he was working at AZB & Partners.

A graduate of the University of Manchester, Venkat has also worked at Crawford Bayley.

He specializes in advisory work, M&A, Joint Ventures & foreign investment, with a special focus on the Health Care and Life Sciences sectors.

Speaking to Bar & Bench, Managing Partner Naina Krishna Murthy said,

“I am extremely excited about Krishna joining us as he is going to add to the portfolio of specialized services the firm provides to its clients.”

Earlier this week, K Law’s Delhi Partner Ajay Sawhney exited the firm.
