Former EY Executive Director Rajat Bose joins Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Tax Practice

Rajat Bose, former EY Executive Director – Indirect Taxes, GST, VAT, has joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas in its Delhi office as part of the Firm’s Tax practice.

Rajat is an Indirect Tax professional with over 12 years of experience in advising top multinationals on a range of indirect tax issues including general consulting, litigation and compliance.

In the recent past, he has executed over 25 Goods and Service Tax implementation projects in India.

Welcoming the new Partner to the Firm, Managing Partner Pallavi Shroff said,

“Rajat is a valuable addition to the team and will help us further strengthen our Tax practice. The implementation of GST has created both opportunities and challenges for our clients and with a new Partner on board we will be in a stronger position to help clients navigate complex tax and regulatory landscape.” 

On joining the Firm, Rajat Bose said,

Rajat is a 2006 graduate of  ILS Law College, Pune University. He has previously also worked at Reina Legal, KPMG and Zeus Law Associate.
