Ernst & Young National Director – Legal Amar Kumar Sundram is joining a subsidiary of the RBS Group, reported ET.

Sundram is joining RBS Group in a similar capacity and will chiefly oversee its compliance and corporate governance policy.

Before joining EY, Sundram was working at BPTP Ltd as General Counsel.

He has previously also worked at Citibank, Reliance Communications, Idea Cellular, and DCM Shriram.
