Flipkart GC Srivals Kumar quits; To be replaced by Samsung’s Rajinder Sharma

Flipkart’s General Counsel, Srivals Kumar, has reportedly exited the Indian e-commerce giant. Rajinder Sharma, former Director and General Counsel of Samsung’s South and West Asia operations, has been named as Kumar’s replacement.

Kumar, a graduate of Campus Law Centre at Delhi University, was at the company for a little over a year. Prior to joining Flipkart, he had worked at Etisalat, Star India, and Tata Teleservices, among other companies.

Sharma brings with him a wealth of experience as an In-House Counsel, having previously worked with Tata Steel, Escorts, Reliance, Bharti, Coca-Cola, JSW Group and DuPont.

Neither Kumar nor Sharma were available for comment at the time of publishing this story.
