Former Jones Lang LaSalle Assistant GC Alpana Srivastava joins Parinam Law Associates

Former Assistant General Counsel at Jones Lang LaSalle Alpana Srivastava will join Parinam Law Associates (PLA) at its Pune office, effective September 3.

Alpana Srivastava, a 2006 graduate of Lucknow University, has 13 years of experience in advising corporates on various practice areas such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, real estate, intellectual property rights, media laws, contracts, employment, and other civil laws.

In a press release, PLA stated,

“We are excited about the depth that Alpana will bring to our corporate practice.”

She has previously worked with corporates such as Star India Private Limited and the Sahara Group, and with law firms including Kochhar & Co, Mumbai, and Krishnamurthy & Co.

On joining PLA, Alpana said,

“I am thankful to Parinam Law Associates for welcoming me as an Associate Partner. I am looking forward to boosting their corporate practice and will focus on providing high-quality legal services to the firm & clients”.

With this, the partner count at Parinam’s Pune office will be two equity partners – Pankaj Jain and Sabyasachi Ghosh – and one Associate Partner.
