Former Kochhar & Co. Partner Gaurav Sahay has joined HSA Advocates as a Partner in the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice. He will be operating out of the firm’s Bangalore office.

Gaurav has over 13 years of experience in advising various domestic and multinational clients on a wide range of legal issues including corporate and commercial laws, antitrust/ competition, intellectual property, securities, insurance, and environmental laws.

He is a 2006 graduate of Campus Law Centre, Delhi University.

Last week, the firm also hired Faranaaz Karbhari as a Counsel in the firm’s Mumbai office.

Recently, as many as eight partners from HSA Advocates have joined DSK Legal.
