Former Luthra & Luthra Corporate Partner, Anil K Rai to teach Company Law at NLU Delhi

Anil K Rai, the former Corporate Partner at Luthra & Luthra, has the joined National Law University, Delhi.

Speaking to Bar & BenchRai said that he would be joining NLU Delhi as a Visiting Professor and will be teaching Company Law to LL.M. students.

After spending close to seven years at Luthra & Luthra, the former NLSIU professor had resigned from the firm earlier this week. Terming the experience at Luthra as “fine”, Rai said it was his desire to pursue academics that had led him to take the decision. He had joined Luthra in 2006 after teaching at National Law School of India University, Bangalore for almost nine years. 

Rai is a graduate of Gorakhpur University and did his Masters in Law from Delhi University. Prior to joining NLSIU, he taught at Gorakhpur University and Delhi University.
