Fox Mandal has promoted two of its Chief Associates Veronica Mohan and Jyoti Virmani as Partners in its Delhi office. The promotions are effective from July 1, 2013.

Veronica has more than 16 years of experience in corporate and commercial litigation and alternate dispute resolution. She enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 1996 after completing her graduation from ILS Law College, Pune. She joined Fox Mandal in December 2010 and has been with the firm since then.

Jyoti joined the firm in 2007. Her areas of practice include corporate and commercial laws with special focus on M&A, Joint Ventures and Private Equity.

Jyoti enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2003 and holds an LL.M from University of Sheffield, U.K.
