Fox Mandal & Associates has announced the constitution of four Working Committees to oversee different functional areas.

The four committees are Admin & IT Committee, Business Strategy & Marketing Committee, Finance Committee and HR Committee. The functioning of these committees will be overseen by the Managing Committee, to be headed by Managing Partner Shuva Mandal.

Speaking on the initiative to Bar & Bench, he said,

“Basically, the idea is to bring in more professionalism, which would help the firm. Each committee will be headed by a Partner, on a voluntary basis.

It is an initiative for the South region initially, and eventually we will do it elsewhere. As of now, there are 16 Partners in the South region.”

The firm is likely to see even more changes in the coming days. When asked about upcoming growth plans for the firm, Mandal said,

“There are a lot of initiatives being considered. You will get to know about these in the near future.”
