Former Snapdeal GC Ashish Chandra joins Netflix

Ashish Chandra has recently left Astro Malaysia Holdings to join Netflix in Mumbai. He has joined Netflix as Legal Director, working with the Business Development Team.

Chandra had left Snapdeal in May last year. In August 2017, he joined Astro Malaysia Holdings, a Malaysian and ASEAN content and consumer company. He had joined the company as Vice President and Head Counsel, providing legal, strategic and regulatory leadership to Astro Malaysia.

Chandra had joined Snapdeal in September 2014, where he created and mentored a team of 22 attorneys.

Last year, Chandra had also made an angel investment in social connection start up oFish.
