Kanika Chugh rejoins HSA Advocates as Associate Partner

Kanika Chugh has re-joined HSA Advocates as Associate Partner in its Disputes, Regulatory and Policy Practice.

Kanika was with HSA till 2016, after which she worked with SKV Law Offices, a Delhi based Litigation Law Firm. She is a 2009 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune. She has previously worked at Trilegal before joining HSA.

Kanika has a broad-based dispute practice focussing on energy, aviation and environment sector. She regularly appears before diverse State Electricity Commissions, APTEL, CERC, and the National Green Tribunal.

She has handled commercial litigation matters before the High Courts, Company Law Board and the Supreme Court.

HSA now has 15 partners in its Disputes, Regulatory and Policy Practice.

HSA Advocates has recently promoted two of its Partners Harvinder Singh and Nand Kishore as Equity Partners at the firm taking the total number of Equity Partners at the firm to 10.

Associates Partners Pragya Ohri and Shahen Pradhan have also been promoted to partnership, while Principal Associates Devika Chadha and Kunal Rajpal have been promoted as Associate Partners.
