HSA Advocates promotes Rahul Talwar and Shreshth Sharma as Partners

HSA Advocates has promoted Associate Partners Rahul Talwar and Shreshth Sharma as Partners.

Talwar is a part of the Corporate Commercial and M&A, PE and Real Estate practice at HSA Advocates. He graduated from Symbiosis Law School in 2008 and went on do his Master’s at National University of Singapore.

Sharma is part of the firm’s Disputes, Regulatory and Policy Practice. He graduated from Faculty of Law, Delhi University, in 2003.

The firm has also promoted three lawyers – Roochi Loona, Aayush Chandra and Molshree Bhatnagar as Principal Associates. Siddhanth Pandey, Tanya Singh and Akshay Maheshwari have been promoted to Senior Associate.

In September last year, Bangalore-based law firm Atman Law Partners merged with HSA Advocates, effectively expanding the latter firm’s partnership.
