K Law boosts Delhi presence with its former lawyer Arjun Sharma and HSA’s Nilesh Chandra

HSA Advocates Associate Partner Nilesh Chandra has left the firm to join K Law as a Partner. Arjun Sharma, who was previously an associate in K Law’s Bangalore office, has rejoined the firm as an Associate Partner in Delhi.

Chandra specializes in Banking & Project Finance, Infrastructure, Projects & Energy and PPP Projects. He joined HSA Advocates in 2012. A graduate of Campus Law Center, Delhi University, Chandra has previously worked at MV Kini & Co, Phoenix Legal and Lex Counsel Law Offices.

Arjun Sharma rejoins K Law

Sharma specializes in private equity, venture debt transactions, joint ventures and general corporate advisory. A graduate of Amity Law School, Sharma initially worked with Axon Partners, after which he moved to Krishnamurthy & Co’s Bangalore office where he spent about two years. He also did a short stint at Luthra & Luthra, before finally going to Adwitya Legal.

Managing Partner Naina Krishna Murthy commented on the developments,
