ICICI’s Jayesh Thaikandy joins Standard Chartered Bank as Head of Legal

ICICI Bank’s Joint General manager Jayesh Thaikandy has left ICICI to join Standard Chartered Bank (SCB).

Jayesh has joined SCB as Head – Legal, India.

Jayesh has worked at ICICI for over seven years. Before that he was working with IDBI. He has over 20 years of experience as in-house counsel.

In May, Nilanjan Sinha, former Head of Corporate Advisory at Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Co. Ltd, joined ICICI Bank.

It is understood that Sinha joined as second-in-command at the legal department, and will eventually replace Sanker Parameswaran, who presently serves as Head of Corporate Legal Group at ICICI Bank.
