ILS grad, Debevoise Associate Parveet S Gandoak moves to Skadden Singapore

Debevoise & Plimpton Associate Parveet Singh Gandoak has joined Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP as a Counsel in the Corporate group in Singapore.

Gandoak represents private equity sponsors and multinational corporations in a range of corporate transactions. He has significant experience in the insurance and financial services sectors.

 On his decision to move to Skadden, Gandoak commented,

“I am excited about leveraging Skadden’s renowned global M&A platform, deep relationships and roots in the region, and its pool of excellent lawyers to help grow the firm’s strategic M&A and private equity practice in Asia in general and in the Indian market in particular.  “

A graduate of ILS Law College, Pune, Gandoak also holds an LL.M. from Cornell Law School. He Joined Dechert LLP in New York in 2006. He worked at Dechert till November 2010 after which he moved to Hong Kong to work with Debevoise.
