Former J. Sagar Associates Principal Associate Revathy Muralidharan has joined IndusLaw as Partner in the firm’s Mumbai office. The firm has also opened a new litigation office close to the Bombay High Court.

Revathy’s core practice area includes mergers & acquisitions and private equity investments. She also specializes in general corporate commercial, domestic and cross border investments, corporate restructuring, employment, and compliance.

As a part of the employment practice, Revathy has also been actively involved in conducting labour audits and advising on employee-related issues.

Following the announcement, Senior Partner of IndusLaw Suneeth Katarki commented,

Revathy has previously worked with Trilegal (Bengaluru) and HSB Partners, Chennai.

The firm recently moved into a larger office in Mumbai on the 15th floor of the One Indiabulls Centre, with the addition of Partners Amit Jajoo and Sushmita Gandhi along with their team.

Continuing its expansion spree, IndusLaw has now opened a new litigation office in the Fort area close to the Bombay High Court. The three litigation partners and their teams will be operating out of the new office.
