IndusLaw hires RDA Legal’s Anupam Prasad+Team

IndusLaw has hired RDA Legal Partner Anupam Prasad as a Corporate Partner in its Mumbai office. Prasad’s team of two lawyers – Anindita Ganguly and Trupti Katale have also moved to IndusLaw.

This is the second team hire from RDA Legal. Earlier IndusLaw poached RDA Legal’s entire employment practice team including Partner Avik Biswas.

A graduate of National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, Anupam focuses on acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, financing, India entry strategy, media & entertainment advisory, private client practice and general commercial law advisory under Indian laws.

Prior to joining Indus Law, Anupam was a Corporate and Commercial Law Partner at RDA Legal and was heading the Mumbai Office of RDA Legal. Prior to RDA Legal, Anupam was associated with Khaitan & Co and Nishith Desai Associates.
