J. Sagar Associates has elected Mumbai Partner Farhad Sorabjee as a member of the Compensation Committee. He joins Partners Sandeep Mehta and Rupinder Malik, who are part of the Compensation Committee, which works in consultation with Chairman and Founder Jyoti Sagar.

Farhad has since vacated his previous position of co–chair of the Disputes practice.

All Equity Partners in the Disputes practice have unanimously elected Chennai Partner Vinod Kumar as the co-chair of Disputes practice to work alongside Delhi Partner Dhirendra Negi.

Joint Managing Partners Amit Kapur and Vivek Chandy commented,

“This would give a further boost to JSA’s litigation practice in the Southern states. We wish Farhad and Vinod the very best for their new roles in management of the firm.”

In December 2018,  JSA Executive Committee had elected Senior Partner Amit Kapur and Bangalore Partner Vivek Chandy as Joint Managing Partners (JMPs) of the firm effective January 1, 2019.
