JSA Equity Partner Ravichandra Hegde leaves for independent practice

J. Sagar Associates Mumbai Equity Partner Ravichandra Hegde is leaving the firm at the end of the month to pursue independent practice. He is leaving after spending 10 years at the firm.

He joined JSA in 2008 and was made Partner in 2016 and Equity Partner in February this year.

Ravichandra’s practice covers diverse areas of Litigation and Dispute Resolution besides advisory and opinion on various Corporate Commercial, Securities, and Business & Mercantile laws.

Prior to joining the firm, Ravichandra was empanelled with the SEBI and has appeared for them in many complex cases before the Appellate Tribunal and High Courts including the IPO (Initial Public Offer) scam matter.

He has previously also worked at AZB & Partners.

Earlier this year, two JSA Equity Partners Murali Ananthasivan and Mansoor Ali Shoket had also left the firm for independent practice.
