Gaurav Singhi, who was working with Wadia Ghandy, has recently resigned to join J.Sagar Associates as a Partner in Mumbai.

Gaurav, who specializes in M&A, Private Equity and General Corporate practice, will be working with JSA Senior Partner Akshay Chudasama.

Gaurav initially joined Trilegal after graduating from NUJS, Kolkata in 2006. Thereafter he joined Phoenix Legal where he worked for almost two and a half years before moving to Wadia Ghandy. He joined Wadia Ghandy in 2011 and was offered partnership in March this year. It was an offer he did not accept.

This year Wadia Ghandy had promoted Gaurav Gopal, Gautam Ganjawala, Gopal Bankar, Jasmine Sheth, Rati Patni, Rohini Verma and Shoma Maitra to partnership.
