[Exclusive]: JSA’s Pallavi Bedi joins Luthra Projects team

J. Sagar Associates Equity Partner Pallavi Bedi, who had recently resigned from the firm along with Sumanto Basu, has joined Luthra & Luthra as a Partner in the firm’s Projects and Infrastructure team.

Pallavi practices in the area of Projects and Banking & Finance (including Project Finance).

Confirming the news, Luthra Senior Partner Mohit Saraf said,

“We are delighted to welcome Pallavi to the partnership. We have a very active infrastructure practice including non-conventional energy, particularly representing developers and private equity and she would provide additional expertise in these areas.”

Pallavi joined JSA in March, 2012, before which she was a Senior Associate at Mayer Brown International LLP. The CLC-graduate (Class of 2002) spent five years in India (in Trilegal and Amarchand Mangaldas) before joining Mayer Brown in November 2007.
