Juris Corp promotes Nand Gopal Anand and Arunabh Choudhary to partnership

Juris Corp has promoted two of its Principal Associates – Nand Gopal Anand  in Delhi and Arunabh Choudhary in Bangalore – to partnership.

A graduate of ILS, Pune, Nand Gopal started his career with Juris Corp in 2006, and in 2012 moved to Khaitan & Co, rejoining the firm in 2015. He heads Project Finance and Banking Practice from Delhi.

Arunabh holds a dual Masters in Law and Management from National Law University, Jodhpur, and has been with the firm since 2010. He has been heading the Start-Up practice in Bengaluru. His practice portfolio includes Commercial Laws, Tech Law, Private Equity transactions, Securities, Taxation, Competition Law and Policy Advisory.

Commenting on the promotions in a press release, Founder Partner Jayesh H said,

“We are pleased to have Arunabh and Nand with us as Partners today. We have seen them grow and have full faith in their potential. They have created a mark for themselves in their domain and are not just great lawyers but also remarkable team builders. I wish them all the best.”

Earlier this month, the firm lost a Partner as Jeet Sen Gupta joined Vertices Partners.
