Juris Corp’s Jeet Sen Gupta joins Vertices as Partner

Former Juris Corp Partner Jeet Sen Gupta has joined Vertices Partners. He will head the firm’s Banking & Finance, Structure Finance, Special Situations and Stressed Assets initiatives.

Vertices Partners was set up in March 2016 by former Economic Laws Practice lawyers Vinayak Burman, Archana Khosla and Amit Vyas.

Vinayak Burman commented, “We are very happy to have Jeet come on board as the Lead Partner for the practice area. His deep expertise coupled with his passion towards the practice will further accelerate and expand the Firm’s growth.”

In a press release, Jeet commented,

“I am absolutely delighted to be a part of Vertices Partners and to lead the Structured Finance Practice. I look forward to working with the team to build and grow the firm to the next level.”

A graduate of Symbiosis Law Society, Jeet started his career at Economic Laws Practice. After seven years, he moved to the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas, where he was part of the Banking & Finance group. In 2009, he rejoined ELP as an Associate Partner and was made Partner three years later.

In April 2015, he resigned from ELP and joined Juris Corp as a Partner two months later.
