The event seeks to address the continuing underrepresentation of women in leadership roles across corporate and legal institutions.
While women’s participation in the workforce has increased in recent years, representation in decision-making positions remains limited. The legal sector reflects a similar trend, with significantly lower representation of women in constitutional courts compared to the district judiciary.
Through the event, ICA aims to promote dialogue on mentorship, institutional best practices, and structural reforms to enhance women’s leadership in arbitration and the legal profession.
The event is envisioned as a largely women-led and women-attended platform, reinforcing ICA’s commitment to diversity within its governing structures and arbitral tribunals.
