Justice Rohinton Nariman to deliver 13th VM Tarkunde Memorial Lecture today at 6pm

The Tarkunde Memorial Foundation is hosting the 13th VM Tarkunde Memorial Lecture on "Rights, Duties, Directive Principles: What is Fundamental."

Retired judge of the Supreme Court, Justice Rohinton Fali Nariman, will deliver the lecture.

The event will begin at 6 PM on Friday, November 11 and will be held at Multipurpose Hall, India International Centre, New Delhi.
