Partner at Krishnamurthy & Co (K Law) Arjun Rajgopal has joined L&L Partners its New Delhi office. Rajgopal will join as a Partner.

A 2007 graduate of National Law School of India (NLSIU) Bangalore, Arjun Rajgopal started his career with Nishith Desai Associates in Bangalore. After working there for five years, he joined Khaitan & Co in New Delhi.

Rajgopal then joined K Law’s Bangalore office as a Partner in 2017.

Commenting on the development, L&L Senior Partner Mohit Saraf said,

He has over 11 years’ experience in domestic and multi-jurisdictional private equity and M&A. He has managed and supervised teams on transactions end-to-end, including advising on entry strategy, structuring and regulatory aspects, leading due diligences, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation and closing.

Rajgopal has advised companies on operational matters in areas of regulatory complexity and on a number of strategy-oriented matters, such as confidential board and shareholder level disputes, white-collar crimes, pre- litigation strategy and other matters.
