[Exclusive]: Khaitan Mumbai Lit Partner Sachin Mandlik leaves for independent practice

Khaitan & Co Mumbai Litigation Partner Sachin Mandlik is leaving the firm to set up his own independent practice.

Confirming this development, the firm’s Executive Director Amar Sinhji commented,

“Sachin has decided to set up his own practice as an independent advocate. We support his decision fully and wish him all the very best in his future endeavours.”

Mandlik joined the firm in 2013. He has previously worked at Legasis Partners. He has over 20 years of experience and has advised and acted for various multinational and industrial houses on various complex litigation and arbitration proceedings.

He also deals with cases relating to corporate and allied laws, Constitutional law, property matters, trust laws, securities transactions, and insurance before various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities in India.

In related news, the firm is looking to strengthen its litigation practice in the cities of Mumbai and Bangalore.
