Alok Sonker has left Khaitan & Co to join Link Legal as an Associate Partner as part of the firm’s corporate practice in Mumbai.

Sonker graduated from Lucknow University in 2006 and holds an LL.M. from NLSIU, Bangalore. He began his career with Krishnamurthy & Co, before moving on to Rajani Associates a year later. Four years later, he joined Khaitan & Co.

Earlier this year, Link Legal had hired JSA’s Rajdeep Choudhary as an Associate Partner. Just before the New Year, the firm had merged with DH Law Associates.
