Seth Dua & Associates has hired Gaurav Dhwaj and Upvan Gupta as Associate Partners at the firm’s TMT and Tax practices respectively.

Senior Partners of the firm Sunil Seth and Atul Dua commented,

Gaurav Dhwaj has joined the firm from Khaitan & Co, where he was part of TMT practice group. He has previously worked at Legal Spectrums, Bharti Foundation, Bharti Retail and Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited.

Upvan Gupta is a chartered accountant and a lawyer. Prior to joining Seth Dua, he was has working with Vaish Associates. He has previously also worked at E&Y and KPMG.

With these hires, the firm now has seven Partners and four Associate Partners.
