K Law Associate Partner Subharekha Ravi joins ARA LAW as Co-head PE/VC

Subharekha Ravi has joined the Bengaluru office of ARA LAW as Co-Head of the firm’s PE/VC practice.

Subharekha has more than 11 years of experience as a corporate transactions lawyer. She specializes in advising private equity funds (specifically growth funds) and venture capital funds in their investments and exits.

Prior to joining ARA LAW, Subharekha worked with Wadia Ghandy & Co., Indus Law, Platinum Partners, and KLaw.
