KSP Mumbai Partner, Preeti Balwani resigns after a year; Joins newly merged Rajani Singhania & Partners

KS Partners Mumbai Partner Preeti Balwani has recently resigned to join the newly merged firm Rajani, Singhania & Partners (RSP). She joins RSP as a Partner in the firm’s Mumbai office.

Speaking to Bar & Bench, Preeti said, “KSP has provided me with a great platform to set up their corporate practice in Mumbai for which I am grateful. The move to RSP Law is a natural progression of my career and I am excited to join their corporate practice as a Partner.”

Preeti is a graduate of the Indian Law Society, Pune and did her LL.M. from University of Southampton in the United Kingdom.

Prior to KSP, she was working with ALMT Legal. Her areas of practice include corporate and commercial laws with special focus on M&A, Joint Ventures, Private Equity, and Infrastucture Projects.

She worked at ALMT for more than six years before which she was working with Udwadia & Udeshi.

KSP Managing Partner Umesh Khaitan will be continue to divide his time between Delhi and Mumbai and said, “The firm is already on the look out for the right person for its Mumbai office”.
