Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Executive Partner MP Devnath has joined Economic Laws Practice (ELP) as an Equity Partner, further expanding the firm’s Tax and Litigation practice.
Devnath has over 22 years of experience and is an Advocate on Record. He regularly appears in matters before the Supreme Court of India.
He has joined ELP with his team, which includes Vivek Sharma and Abhishek Anand, who have joined as Partner and Associate Partner respectively.
Over the last few months, the ELP tax practice made two other lateral hires – Jignesh Ghelani from EY and Adarsh Somani from BMR – as Partner and Associate Partner respectively.
