Former Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Mumbai Partner Ajay Joseph, who had resigned from the firm in March this year, has set up his own firm called ‘Veyrah Law’ in Mumbai, with focus on corporate and M&A practice.

The team is 6 lawyers strong, with Joseph as Partner and Sandhya Sondhi as Of Counsel. Sondhi focuses on real estate transactions.
