New law firm ‘Squarely Legal’ launched by two Pune lawyers

Two Pune-based lawyers, Rahul Kothari and Shraddha Bhosale, have

launched their new law firm – Squarely Legal.

Rahul, a 2009 law graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune, has worked with Mumbai and Pune offices of Hariani & Co. as well as the Pune office of AZB & Partners. Thereafter, he started his independent practice as of March 2015, and continues to be a guest faculty with the Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
Shraddha on the other hand is a 2011 graduate of Shankarrao Chavan Law College, University of Pune and has also worked with the Pune office of Hariani & Co., after which she worked with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Paris as Deputy Manager of the ICC International Centre for ADR. And since the end of 2014, she has been heading the legal department, as General Counsel, with the Weikfield Group. She is also presently a guest faculty with the Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
This new law firm, based out of Pune, specialises in dispute resolution (litigation + ADR), contract drafting and negotiation, real estate and general corporate matters.
