AILET 2026 to be held on December 14, 2025

A new notification was issued on July 22 after AILET was initially scheduled for December 7, the date of CLAT 2026.

The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2026 for admissions to the five-year B.A LL.B. (Hons) and LL.M programmes at National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi) will be held on December 14, 2025 from 2PM - 4PM.

A new notification was issued on July 22 after AILET was initially scheduled for December 7, the date of CLAT 2026.

Online application forms will be available on the NLU Delhi website from August 7 until November 10. A detailed notification for AILET 2026 will be issued shortly.

The notification also states that NLU Delhi will conduct the All-India Entrance Test (AIET) on May 3 for the Postgraduate Insolvency Programme, Joint Master's/ LL.M. in Intellectual Property (IP) Law and Management, and Ph.D. programme. Applications for these will be released on January 7, 2026.
