Legal Orbit gets Clasis Law’s Mohit Sharma, as firm kicks into “growth mode”

Mohit Sharma, a Partner at Clasis Law, has resigned from the firm to join 5-

year old Legal Orbit.  Legal Orbit’s founder Neelam Vats, confirmed Mohit’s joining.

She said, “The firm is in growth mode and we will be further expanding our team.” As things stand, Legal Orbit has a 12-lawyer team.

Both Vats and Mohit worked in Luthra & Luthra, with Mohit joining Clasis in 2010. He was made Partner in 2013, focusing on corporate and regulatory practice.

Clasis has seen couple of exits in the last eighteen months including Manoj Mishra, Jay Cheema, and Ashwin Sapra.
