Delhi-based IP boutique firm LexOrbis has promoted four practice heads Deepak Sriniwas, Rajeev Kumar, Amaya Singh and Pooja Dodd to partnership. The promotions are effective from May 1, 2014 and raises the number of Partners to six.

All four newly promoted partners are part of the firm’s Patent and Trademark teams.

Rajeev, with a Masters in Pharma, is a registered patent agent and a law graduate. He has over 10 years of experience in advising on Indian and international Patent filing and prosecution strategies.  He leads the Patent Prosecution Group for science cases at the firm.

Amaya too has over 10 years’ experience and has expertise in national and international filing and prosecution of trademarks. She joined the firm in 2006 prior to which she worked with SS Rana & Co for three years. She is a graduate of Campus Law Center.

Pooja heads the Trademark Group. She regularly advises clients on anti-counterfeiting strategies and offers litigation support for cases involving IP & IT violation.  Pooja has an LL.M from Franklin Pierce Law Center, USA and is a registered patent agent.

Deepak leads the Patent Prosecution Group at LexOrbis. A registered patent agent, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Prior to joining Lex Orbis, he was working with K&S Partners.
