Link Legal and Indian Law Services to combine practices; New entity to have offices across 5 cities

Link Legal and India Law Services have decided to integrate their practices to form Link Legal- India Law Services. The new entity will have 14 partners and 73 lawyers with offices at New Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai.

Link Legal currently has offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Hyderabad with Managing Partner, Atul Sharma working out of the Delhi office. India Law Services has offices in Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai with Managing Partner, AG Karkhanis working out of the Mumbai office.

Talking about the merger, Atul Sharma (pictured above) told Bar & Bench that

“[The] merger of the two practices would make available to clients vast experience of the two firms.  Mr. Karkhanis is a well respected Banking Lawyer and his and his team’s experience will be of immense value to the integrated practice.  This integration would also help Link Legal to better its offering in other practice areas and expand its footprint to Chennai.”
