Link Legal has hired two new Partners – Bhumesh Verma and Vikas Gaur – to boost their corporate practice in Delhi.

Bhumesh is a 1994 law graduate from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University and has 22 years of experience in Corporate Commercial, M&A, Private Equity, Joint Ventures & Regulatory practices. He started his career with Ajay Bahl & Co., after which he worked with Khaitan & Co. and Paras Kuhad & Associates. He joins Link Legal from DGS Associates. He was also a Chevening scholar in 2000 and worked with Ashursts in London as a summer trainee during his scholarship.

Vikas has 10 years of experience in the corporate advisory, M&A, Joint Ventures and Private Equity space. He has earlier worked with Paras Kuhad & Associates & Khaitan & Co. and like Bhumesh, joins Link Legal from DGS Associates. Vikas completed his law from NLU, Jodhpur.
