Link Legal hires Luthra’s Siddharth Srivastava as a Partner in Banking & Finance

Link Legal – India Law Services has hired Luthra & Luthra Managing Associate Siddharth Srivastava as a Partner in the Banking & Finance team. Siddharth will be based out of the Delhi office. This hire takes the total number of partners at the firm to 14.

Link Legal Managing Partner Atul Sharma commented, “Siddharth will add strength and value to our present project finance team of 20 professionals including 4 partners in delhi, mumbai and chennai”.

Siddarth started his career with ICICI Bank after graduating from National Law Institute University, Bhopal in 2006. He later moved to IL&FS Infrastructure Development Corporation after which he left to pursue his Masters in Law from Columbia University School of Law, New York.

He returned to India in 2009 and joined Luthra’s Infrastructure & Project Finance Team as a Managing Associate.

Link Legal suffered a major blow in recent times with the exit of Banking & Finance Partner Ajay Sawhney and Capital Markets Partner Gautham Srinivas. The two Partners, along with a team of 8 other lawyers, have all joined K Law in Delhi.
