Link Legal makes Siddharth Srivastava Equity Partner

Link Legal has elevated Partner Siddharth Srivastava to its Equity Partnership.

Managing Partner Atul Sharma and Co-Managing Partner Nusrat Hassan commented,

Siddharth joined the Firm in mid-2015. He focuses on the firm’s  Project Finance and Banking verticals. Siddharth has also set up the firm’s insolvency law practice under the new Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

He is a graduate of National Law Institute University, Bhopal and holds an LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law, New York.

Siddharth began his career with ICICI Bank Limited in the Corporate Banking Group before moving to IL&FS Infrastructure Development Corporation where he was involved in structuring and advising on infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Link Legal, he was with Luthra and Luthra, New Delhi office
