Centre notifies appointment of two new judges to Rajasthan High Court

Advocates Rekha Borana and Sameer Jain have been elevated to the High Court.

The Central government has notified the appointment of two lawyers as judges of the Rajasthan High Court.

Rekha Borana and Sameer Jain have been elevated to the High Court. The Supreme Court Collegium had recommended both their names vide a resolution dated October 6.

This month alone, six others have been appointed to the High Court. These appointments will bring the working strength of the Rajasthan High Court to 29, as against a sanctioned strength of 50 judges.
