[BREAKING] Gujarat High Court to resume physical functioning on August 17, 2021

As per the notification, the Standard Operating Procedure will be released shortly.

The Gujarat High Court has notified that the physical functioning of the Court will resume on August 17, 2021.

A notification issued to this end today stated:

The Hon’ble Chief Justice after due deliberation with the Standing Committee of the High Court of Gujarat and considering the latest data pertaining to Corona Virus Cases in the State of Gujarat, has been pleased to announce resumption of physical functioning of the High Court of Gujarat w.e.f. 17th August 2021 subject to congenial situation prevailing at that time.”

The notification adds that further instructions and Standard Operating Procedures will be released shortly after deliberation with all stakeholders.
