Supreme Court Advocate-on-Record Imtiaz Ahmed passed on Thursday from COVID-19.

An alumnus of Aligarh Muslim University, Ahmed worked with Senior Advocate and Congress leader Salman Khurshid.

"Lost Imtiaz saheb today. Leaves a void in life, especially related to law. But shudder to think what Naghma and the boys have to face. Have to be strong to give them strength. May his soul find rest in Heaven," Khurshid tweeted after hearing the news.
