The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the appointment of five additional judges of the Kerala High Court as permanent judges.

The additonal judges proposed to be appointed permanent High Court judges are:

(i)  Justice P Krishna Kumar,

(ii) Justice KV Jayakumar,

(iii) Justice Muralee Krishna S,

(iv) Justice Jobin Sebastian, and

(v) Justice PV Balakrishnan

The decision was taken by the Supreme Court Collegium at its meeting held on September 23.
