Supreme Court Collegium recommends transfer of two High Court judges

The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the transfer of two High Courts judges.

The judges proposed for transfer are:

Justice Birendra Kumar - from Patna High Court to Rajasthan High Court.

Justice Satish Kumar Sharma - from Rajasthan High Court to Madhya Pradesh High Court.

The decision was taken at a Collegium meeting held on 28 October.
