Indirect Tax Lawyer AR Madhav Rao has resigned from Lakshmi Kumaran & Sridharan to join BMR Legal as Head – Indirect Tax in Gurgaon, according to allIndiataxes.
Madhav Rao has been practicing since 1981 and joined LKS in 1986 prior to which he was practicing in Delhi High Court.
The former LKS Senior Partner has over 30 years of experience has been successfully handling custom, excise and indirect tax matters before Supreme Court, High Courts, CESTAT and other authorities and will boost BMR’s indirect tax litigation practice.
