Luthra Partner Shishir Vayttaden resigns to join Amarchand Mangaldas

Luthra & Luthra Mumbai Corporate Partner Shishir Vayttaden has recently resigned from the firm to join the Mumbai office of Amarchand Mangaldas.

Amarchand Mangaldas Managing Partner Cyril Shroff confirmed that Shishir is joining the firm as a Partner and said, “We are delighted to have him in our corporate team”.

Shishir is currently serving his notice period at Luthra.

He joined Luthra in 2005 after graduating from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He was made Partner in August 2012. He is part of the corporate practice group in Luthra.

Luthra Managing Partner Rajiv Luthra said, “The Firm wishes Shishir good luck for all his future endeavours…a happy life ahead and the best of everything to be”.

Earlier this year, Luthra Delhi Corporate Partner Anil K Rai had resigned to teach at NLU Delhi.
