L&L rebuilds Capital Markets team with A&O lawyer Jitesh Shahani

With Capital Markets Partner Manan Lahoty and team exiting, L&L Partners has already started the exercise of rebuilding a strong Capital Markets team. L&L has hired Allen & Overy Senior Associate Jitesh Shahani as a Partner in the Capital Markets team.

Commenting on this development, L&L Partners Senior Partner, Mohit Saraf said,

He started his legal profession with L&L and then moved to Singapore and was associated with global firms like Linklaters, Baker & Mackenzie and Allen Overy. Jitesh brings with him over 14 years of experience in Debt capital market and Equity capital market.

We are currently in the process of finalizing other hires, as we are determined to build a stronger, more reputable and profitable capital market practice.”

Jitesh Shahani is a 2005 graduate of NALSAR, Hyderabad and holds an LL.M. from New York University School of Law. He started his career with Luthra & Luthra and worked with them for about five years before moving to Linklaters in 2011. Thereafter, he moved to Ashurst for a brief period and in 2016, joined Baker & Mckenzie. Recently, he had moved to Allen & Overy along with Pallavi Gopinath Aney.
